The sole shareholder has decided to determine the quantitative composition of the Board of Directors of JSC UMP – 7 (seven) people, to early terminate the powers of members of the Board of Directors as follows: Seitzhan B. Zhanybekov, Natalia N. Bokovaya, Almas A. Ryspanov and to elect Asset K. Makhambetov as a member of the Board of Directors of JSC UMP until the end of the term of office of the Board of Directors of JSC UMP as a whole (minutes of the in-person meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC NAC Kazatomprom dated August 22, 2024 No. 13/24).
