The note to the “Public Grievance Submission Form” questionnaire should reflect the text as follows:
This process is aimed at collection and consideration of the grievances received.
UMP JSC has the right to request the necessary information from the relevant authorities,
individuals and legal entities in order to clarify the information.
We notify you of non-retaliation of whistleblowers.
