Approved dividends for 2013

According to the Resolution of JSC NAC Kazatomprom No. 332 dd. 29.05.2014 based on the business activities results of 2013 a dividend amount was defined per one ordinary share  of UMP JSC as KZT 53.90 (fifty three tenge ninety tiyn).

Amount designated for dividend payment:
- KZT 131,190,000 (one hundred thirty one million one hundred ninety thousand) - for ordinary shares of JSC NAC Kazatomprom;
- KZT 52,965,000 (fifty two million nine hundred sixty five thousand) - for privileged shares.
