Approved dividends for 2014

According to the Resolution of JSC NAC Kazatomprom No. 08/15 dd. 29.06.2015 based on the business activities results of 2014 a dividend amount was defined per one ordinary share  of UMP JSC as KZT 110.20 (one hundred ten tenge and twenty tyin).

Amount designated for dividend payment:
- KZT 268,207,000 (two hundred sixty eight million two hundred and seven thousand) - for ordinary shares of JSC NAC Kazatomprom;
- KZT 52,965,000 (fifty two million nine hundred sixty five thousand) - for privileged shares.
