NEW MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF UMP JSC

The sole shareholder holding all the voting shares of UMP JSC decided to elect Seyitzhan B. Zhanybekov as a member of the Board of Directors of UMP JSC for the term until the term of powers of the Board of Directors as a whole expires (minutes of the in-person meeting of the Board of Directors of NAC Kazatomprom JSC No. 1/23 dated January 12, 2023). Askar A. Batyrbayev, who previously held this position, terminated his powers before the term.

2014 – University of Michigan, bachelor»s degree in Supply Chain Management.

2016 – Kazakh-British Technical University, master»s degree in Management.

Working career:

From May 2013 to August 2013 – Assistant Specialist of Logistics Department at Philip Morris Kazakhstan LLP.

From November 2014 to December 2015 – Coordinator of PRO Department at Globalink Transportation and Logistics Worldwide LLP.

From January 2016 to June 2016 – Commercial Manager of Mammoet KZ LLP.

From July 2016 to April 2017 – Employee under a service contract of Sales Support Department of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

Since April 2017 to the present – Chief Expert of Sales Support Department, Deputy Director of Sales Support Department, Head of Sales Support Department, Chief Manager of Sales Support Department, Manager of Sales Support Department, Director of Marketing Department of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

Total experience in the system of NAC Kazatomprom JSC – 6.5 years. In held position – 1.5 years. On managerial positions – 4 years.

Experience in the management bodies of JSC and LLP as a chairman / member / independent director:

– from October 2021 to the present – Semizbay-U LLP,

– from August 2022 to the present – JV Akbastau JSC.
