Laboratory of Innovative Research and Development (LIIIR)

Irina Khlebnikova, after graduating from Tomsk Polytechnic University with a degree in Chemical Technology of Modern Energy Materials in 1996, began her labor activity at Ulba Metallurgical Plant as Research Engineer, and since 2016 she has worked as a Leading Research Engineer at the Uranium Laboratory. In 2023, she was appointed as Head of the Laboratory of Innovative Research and Development at the Research Center.

Irina Khlebnikova is a co-author of 4 inventions, 3 know-how, the author of more than 20 publications in the form of articles and R&D reports, a participant in industry, national and international scientific and technical conferences and seminars. She is the winner of the competition for the title of the best employee of the year Zhyl kizmetkeri-2023 among NAC Kazatomprom JSC enterprises in nomination "Professional". She was awarded of Honorary Badge "Honored Worker of Nuclear Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Jubilee Medal for the 30th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other awards.
