Employee of the Year
Anastasia Eitner, Head of the System Documentation Bureau of the Quality & Standardizing Department of UMP, won the «Professional» nomination in the «Zhyl Qyzmetkeri» («Employee of the Year») contest.
The annual award ceremony for the best employees of NAC Kazatomprom subsidiaries and affiliates was held on October 8 in Astana.
Our heroine graduated from EKSTU with a degree in Non-Ferrous Metals Metallurgy. She started her career at UMP in 2010 as a supervisor of the technical control bureau for Tantalum products. A year later she became a laboratory assistant for determination of electrical characteristics of the laboratory of physical and mechanical testing of the Test Center. In 2016 Anastasia Sergeyevna decided to try her hand at a new career and started working in the press service. A year later, she was transferred as an engineer to the system documentation bureau of QSD. And now for seven years she has been in her place – a highly qualified, in-demand specialist. In April this year Anastasia Eitner became the head of the bureau. For the entire period of her work, she was awarded six acknowledgements and a Certificate of Merit for the Nuclear Industry Workers Day!
– I joined the plant right after the university, and all my labor activity is connected only with UMP and, accordingly, with NAC «Kazatomprom». It was doubly pleasant to represent my native enterprise at the contest and become its winner on the eve of its 75th anniversary. An important plus in the organization of the event was the opportunity to attend it with my husband. His support was very helpful on this exciting day! I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to my managers and colleagues, who have been by my side during my labor path at the plant and brought me up as a professional worthy of the title «Zhyl Qyzmetkeri-2024». Besides our heroine, the letter of thanks of the Chief Executive Officer of Kazatomprom was awarded to the engineer for occupational safety and environmental protection IC Galiya Toleukhanova – a participant of the program «7 QADAM», organized by «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC.
