A Specialist from NHOS
Young specialists in the industrial sector play an important role in ensuring the efficient operation of modern production facilities. One such example is Daniyar Kasenov, Shift Foreman at Nitrogen-Hydrogen-Oxygen Station (NHOS). Starting his career as an Operator, he quickly rose to a management position.
Participation in the training program and inclusion in the UMP successor pool allowed Daniyar to gain additional knowledge and experience.
One of the key factors in his success was his interest in his work and his desire to learn. As a Shift Foreman, he took on responsibility for managing processes at the Station, optimizing team performance, and improving production efficiency.
