PROFATOMFEST-2026
Ulba residents took part in PROFATOMFEST-2026 International Trade Union Youth Forum, which was held at the ‘Arman Dala’ children’s health camp in the Almaty region. The forum’s motto was ‘Youth – the energy of change: digitalization, leadership and safe working conditions’.
UMP delegation comprised the following technical inspectors: Oleg Kokhn, Checkpoint Supervisor for the security detail; Zhanar Zholdybaeva, Chemical Analysis Laboratory Assistant at Tantalum products Test Centre; and Olga Gorokhova, Cleaner at Workshop No. 58 of Tantalum Operations.
The programme was very packed. According to participants’ feedback, the practical game on health and safety proved particularly useful, as it involved analyzing real-life case studies and identifying and describing health and safety breaches using examples from production situations.
