Importance of Working Professions
On September 19, employees of Ulba Metallurgical Plant took part in the event «Yenbek Zholy», timed to the Labour Day and 75th anniversary of the plant. The event was organised by the East Kazakhstan Regional Special Library for blind and visually impaired citizens.
The meeting gathered high school students and students. Representatives of the plant told about the rich history of the Company, about in-demand working professions, as well as employment prospects for young specialists.
The young people were particularly impressed by the story of the chairman of the youth association about his profession as a production preparation engineer. He shared his experience, told about the events held and about the active activity of the youth of the plant not only within the walls of the Company, but also at the city, regional and republican levels.
The members of the Society of the Blind prepared a wonderful concert programme, singing touching songs and demonstrating their talents. Their sincere congratulations to the plant on the anniversary became a touching conclusion of the event.
