Equal and Different

The topic of gender equality was the main focus of the Forum held by NAC Kazatomprom JSC in Turkestan. The event, entitled ‘Equal Opportunities – Common Results,’ brought together 200 participants, including employees and managers of the company, subsidiaries and affiliates, and the invited guests.
The event programme was intense. Gibrat Auganov, Managing Director of Samruk-Kazyna Fund, took part in the forum. Speakers discussed aspects of gender equality, career growth and women's leadership, shared their experiences and demonstrated the achievements of women in the nuclear industry. Special attention was paid to implementation of ESG standards and the role of gender equality in transition to a ‘green’ economy.
