The best operator of V shop
On October 24, a professional skills competition was held for the title of “Best Operator of V shop of the Uranium Operations”.
Nine participants took part in the competition: Alexander Fanyukov, Meirzhan Kaysarov, Vitaly Gorkovenko, Nikolay Goryachev, Duman Seytkhanov, Evgeny Antropov, Maxim Ezhukov, Danila Lapshov and Pavel Vorobyov.
The committee included: Andrey Hofman – Chairman of the Jury – Shop Manager, Yuri Varyvdin – Deputy V Shop Manager – Technologist, Pavel Kryzhanovskiy – Head of the Powder Production Department, Alexnder Shushanikov – Shop Mechanic, Vladimir Panfilov – Shop Instrument Operator, Igor Aleshin – Shop Power Engineer, Stanislav Demidov – Powder Production Department Technologist and Vladimir Pimenov – Occupational Health and Safety Engineer.
The first stage was a theory tasks in the form of tests. 10 questions test knowledge of production process technology, radiation safety, occupational health and safety, and industrial safety. The second stage involved practical tasks analyzing process flow charts for various shop sections.
So, following a fair and open competition, the placings were as follows. Danila Lapshov took third place, Nikolai Goryachev took a respectable second place, and Vitaly Gorkovenko was awarded the title of "Best Operator of the V Shop of the Uranium Operations." Well done, guys! Congratulations!
