Sharing Experiences, Setting Priorities and Best Practices
UMP JSC became a platform for dialogue between city enterprises. As part of the training and demonstration session titled “Operations of the Emergency Response Center”, the plant was visited by specialists from Kazzink, Titanium and Magnesium Plant (UKTMP), KEMONT, Vostokmashzavod, VK Promenergoremont, Ust-Kamenogorsk Power Station, Ust-Kamenogorsk Industrial Valves Plant and D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University, with a total of more than 30 participants.
Alexei Knyazev, Mobilization Preparedness Specialist, presented the algorithms for enterprise operations during mobilization, wartime and the imposition of martial law. Representatives of the East Kazakhstan Region’s defense authorities answered participants’ questions and explained the specifics of military registration.
A command and staff vehicle based on a Kamaz truck, equipped with communication systems and everything necessary for autonomous operation, was also demonstrated to the participants.
Such meetings provide an opportunity to share experience, discuss practical issues and strengthen professional relations.
