Open Dialogue with Residents
A meeting was held at the Oralkhan Bokey Central City Library between Sergey Bezhetskiy, UMP JSC Executive Board Chairman and a Deputy of the East Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat, and residents of Ust-Kamenogorsk, including veterans of the Ulba Metallurgical Plant.
During the meeting, issues related to the revised Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the implementation of the AMANAT Party’s regional roadmap were discussed. Sergey Bezhetskiy outlined the main changes to the Constitution, focusing on the protection of citizens’ rights, social guarantees, and public participation in governance.
A separate topic of discussion was the fulfillment of pre-election commitments and the implementation of projects aimed at the region’s development. Meeting participants discussed environmental issues, public transportation, the improvement of courtyards, and other topics relevant to the city.
The meeting took the form of an open dialogue, allowing residents to ask questions of interest and receive answers.
