Awards for the Best!
On Kazakhstan’s Nuclear Industry Workers’ Day, personnel at Ulba Metallurgical Plant were honoured with prestigious departmental awards in recognition of their many years of service and high level of expertise.
The following were awarded the ‘Honoured Worker of the Nuclear Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan’ badge of honor, 2nd class:
• Alexey Kim – Head of the Finished Products Storage.
• Vladimir Dontsov – Director of Exhibition and Information Centre.
• Andrei Vykhodtsev – Deputy Head of Power Supply at the Energy Centre.
• Viktor Bilyukov – Head of the Engineering and Technical Security Equipment Section of the Security Unit.
The following were awarded the ‘Honoured Worker of the Nuclear Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan’ badge of honor, 3rd class:
• Stanislav Demidov – Process Engineer in the Powder Production Department of Workshop ‘B’ of the Uranium Production.
• Ivan Yudin – 6th-grade operator in Workshop No. 58 of Tantalum Operations.
• Sergey Abramenko – 8th-grade Electromechanic specializing in automation systems and instruments at Energy Centre.
• Galina Gusakova – Senior Research Engineer at Uranium Laboratory of the Research Centre.
• Boris Zorin – Head of Production and Technology Department of Beryllium Operations.
For their conscientious work and dedication to their profession, the following have been awarded the Certificate of Honour ‘Honoured Worker of the Nuclear Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan’:
• Yevgenyi Aniskin – Foreman for the maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment in the Uranium Operations.
• Alexey Zhivilov – a 6th-grade Operator and Foreman of the EB section in Tantalum production unit.
• Alexander Konevskyi – Foreman for the disposal of production waste at Tailings Management section of the Service Centre.
• Lira Topitonova – Head of the Technical Control Office for Beryllium Products at the Test Centre.
• Yerlan Berikbayev – Grade 6 Operator in Beryllium Operations.
