From Technology Change to Processes Automation
The plant summed up the results of JSC UMP Innovator competition based on the results of activities for 2023.
The works are presented in in the following nominations:
– The best rationalization proposal of the year;
– The most original rationalization proposal of the year;
– The best system for supporting innovation in the department.
The best rationalization proposal of the year in the group of main operations became work of TO-10-2023, Change of Tantalum Products Production Process Using I Grade Hydrofluoric Acid. Its authors – Tantalum Operations employees and Research Center: Alexander Angilevko -Director, Anton Babin – Deputy Production Director, Maxim Bufatin – Process Engineer, Evgeny Sharypov Deputy Chief – Technologist (all from TO), Manarbek Kylyshkanov – Chief, Larisa Frolova – Chief of Tantalum Laboratory, Ainura Kainazarova – Leading Research Engineer (all from RC). Reward to the authors – 75 MCI.
EC-02-2023 proposal, Automation of the Process of Generating Results of Regular Assessment of PIC Personnel Activities was recognized as the best rationalization proposal of the year in the group of auxiliary operations. It was presented by the Energy Center employees: Tatyana Semenova – Chief of the Planning and Economic Group, Ekaterina Sergienko – Quality Management Engineer. Reward to the authors is 75 MCI.
In the nomination of the most original rationalization proposal of the year, the winner was TO-07-2023 proposal, Development of Design, Manufacture and Application of Clamps for Tantalum Sheets Grinding. Its authors are Tantalum Operations employees: Vladislav Ralovets – Deputy Chief – Technologist, Valery Kuznetsov – Master Mechanic, Alexander Bolotin – Repairman. Reward – 50 MCI.
The award for the best system for supporting innovation in the department went to Uranium Operations – Konstantin Kuzmin – UO Director, Vyacheslav Abubakirov and Vladimir Panfilov – authorized representatives for rationalization and invention. Reward – 50 MCI.
